Physiotherapist
Special interest Women's Health
After graduating from university in England in 2008 I acquired extensive knowledge and skills in many areas of physiotherapy whilst working in hospitals and private practice. I already had an interest in Women's health and wellness which only increased after experiencing pregnancy and the birth of my own child.
In 2011 I moved to Australia with my partner and baby, completed additional training in Women's health and wellness, became a certified Pilates instructor and obtained certification as a Pinc cancer therapist.
My passion is holistic care for Women. I can offer support, education, and treatment for general musculoskeletal conditions as well as during pregnancy for musculoskeletal aches and pains, carpal tunnel syndrome, pelvic girdle and back pain. I can assist with your postnatal recovery (C section or vaginal birth), diastasis recti (stomach muscle separation) pelvic floor and bladder issues, prolapse, pelvic pain, and support you on your return to a physically active lifestyle.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, experiencing new places, experiences, and cultures. I am also a big fan of spending time in nature and try to walk or cycle regularly.

I qualified as a Midwife 32 years ago in Aberdeen, Scotland and extended my role as a Lactation Consultant some years later.
My passion has always been to help new parents adapt and adjust to their new normal – a “family” I feel very privileged to be able to assist new families with the challenges of pregnancy, feeding, settling and navigating a new little person (and sometimes two!) into parent’s busy lives.
I grew up in Sydney, but Bunbury has been my home now for the past 17 years. I am a very proud mother to 6 beautiful children, some of whom actually never leave home for long!
I have numerous pets and often a few ring-ins that need rescuing and love. Babies are my favourite thing in the world..
