infant feeding & sleeping 〰️
Having a new baby can be tough.
Feeding your baby can be tougher than one ever imagined, getting them to sleep even more so.
Our ILCBC certified lactation consultant can help to prepare for breastfeeding a new baby in the last few weeks of pregnancy (36-37 weeks is ideal, earlier with twin or higher multiple pregnancies).
She can help with latching and attachment issues in the newborn phase, help with changing to formula feeding, advise on formulas and also help with weaning onto solids both purees and baby led weaning. She also has done some further training in baby sleep and settling, and can help with getting babies to sleep in a gentle way.
