Health by Nurture provides workplace medical assessments for employees and employers who require medical clearance for work.

We currently offer Commercial Driving Medicals, with additional workplace medical assessment types planned to be available in the future.

Commercial Driving Medicals

Our Doctors can complete medical assessments required for commercial driving and other relevant workplace requirements.

Please ensure you bring all paperwork and forms provided by your employer, licensing authority or relevant organisation to your appointment.

Fees

$350 private fee, payable on the day of your appointment.

This service is privately billed and is not covered by Medicare.

Booking Your Medical

Workplace medicals cannot be booked online.

Please call the clinic to book your appointment and let Reception know which type of medical you require.

Before Your Appointment

Please remember to:

• Bring all required paperwork and forms with you.
• Bring any relevant medical information or documentation requested for your assessment.
• Allow enough time for the full medical assessment and completion of paperwork.
